Worship Experience

Tim has had staff and guest positions with national and regional congregations. He stays current on the Air America, K-Love, KTIS and Billboard Top 100 Lists.

His technical skills are helpful for implementing internet and visual technologies.

Tim has been on the music team for the Minnesota State Methodist Conference, large congregations, small groups and concert stages.

His timing and ear skills are helpful when there's a last-minute cancellation or emergency.

Leadership & Public Speaking

Being part of a team includes mentoring new leaders. This commonly includes spiritual life, prayer, and technical skills.

He has lead national search and recruiting teams on multiple occasions.

Tim is comfortable leading congregations of any size in song, message or prayer.

AV Production

Tim Served as the Production Director at St. Croix Valley Church for several years. This included preparing lyric slides, rendering video, lighting, mixing mains and monitors and CCLI reporting.

Tim commonly uses Aviom, wireless and hardwired In-Ear Monitors.

He owns digital and analog mixers, cabling, active and passive mains, and monitors. When it comes time to repair (or configure) speakers, cables, wiring, racks, etc., Tim is ready. If lingo and abbreviations confuse your team, he can simplify DMX, IEM, Impecence, Compressors, Notch Filters etc.

He is experienced with PowerPoint, Media Shout, Planning Center, OnSong and Chart Builder, Song Select.
